This role is a project manager to manage (Treasury and Trade Solutions) relevant local applications including FISC domestic payment channels(ATM/IBRS/FXML), TCH payment service/channel(DDA/ACH) and regional/global faster payment applications. Major responsibility is to analyze banking business requirements and carry it over for implementation within strict timeline and budget by effectively communicating with clients, regional project teams and outsourced vendors.
Primary Skill Requirement
Knowledge of Unix/AIX OS / Windows Server.
Knowledge of MS SQL/Oracle Database
Network technologies: TCP/IP, HTTPS
C#, VB Dot-Net, Java, programming
Secondary Skill Requirement
Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server/ IBM WebSphere MQ/ IBM Connect: Direct
Knowledge of TIBCO EMS
Knowledge of Taiwan domestic payment channels (FISC: ATM/IBRS/FEDI/FXML TCH: Check/ACH/DDA)
